Control when Noctune emails you and when it pings you in-app.

Email notifications

Each event has its own toggle. Turning everything off is fine — you’ll still see in-app badges, you just won’t get email.

Common events:

• Encounter ready — your SOAP draft is finished processing
• New message — someone sent you a vet-to-vet message
• Weekly summary — recap of encounters and activity
• Product updates — new features and changes

In-app notifications

In-app notifications (the badges in the sidebar) are always on. They’re the source of truth — email just mirrors them.

Digest timing

Weekly summary sends on Sunday evenings in your local timezone. You can turn it off without affecting any other emails.
