Getting Started

This guide covers creating your account and landing on the dashboard for the first time. Recording itself happens on your iOS device — this walkthrough gets you to the point where you’re ready to record.

1. Sign up or sign in

Visit the sign-in page and either create an account or log in with an existing one. Email/password, Google, and Apple are all supported.

Tip: If you signed up through your practice, use the same email your admin invited.

2. Accept the terms

The first time you sign in, you’ll be asked to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You only do this once per account.

3. Land on the dashboard

After accepting terms you’re dropped on the Dashboard. This is where every future session starts — recent encounters, quick actions, and your unread messages are all one click away.
