Practice
A practice is the clinic you work at. Setting one up lets you share templates and patients across a team and bill from a single account.
Practice profile
The profile holds the clinic name, address, phone, and logo. The logo appears on discharge notes and any PDFs you export.
Team members
The team table lists everyone with access. Admin members can invite, change roles, and remove members. Regular members can only change their own account settings.
Inviting a member
Click Invite, enter an email, and pick a role. They’ll get an invite email; once accepted, they appear in the team list with access to practice-level templates and patients.
Roles
- Admin — manage members, billing, and practice settings
- Member — record encounters, view team patients, manage own account
Leaving or transferring
If you’re the only admin and need to leave, promote another member to admin first. Contact support if you need to transfer ownership between practices.
