Community
The Community section is where vets share work with each other. Right now that’s the Template Library — SOAP templates other vets have published, ranked by what the community has found successful.
Browsing templates
Every public template shows who wrote it, how many vets have liked and forked it, and what kind of visit it’s meant for. Click a card to see the full template body and any comments.
Community-driven SOAP examples
Templates in the library are real, working SOAPs — they’re the prompts other vets are actually using to generate notes day-to-day. The like count on each card is the community’s vote on what works: a high-like template has produced clean, useful SOAPs across many practices and visit types.
Use likes to find proven starting points instead of writing from scratch. Sort by Most liked to see what’s working across the community, or filter by visit type when you want a successful template for a specific scenario (wellness, dental, end-of-life, etc.).
Liking a template
Tap the heart on any community template to like it. Your like is public — it counts toward the template’s score and signals to the author that their work is useful. Tap again to unlike.
Forking
Fork copies a community template into your own My Templates. From there, edit it however you want — the original is untouched.
Comments
Each template has a comments thread — ask the author questions, suggest changes, or share how you use it.
Reporting
If you see a template that’s inaccurate or inappropriate, use the three-dot menu → Report. We review reports and act on them.
Sharing your own templates back to the community is coming soon.
