Welcome to Noctune. By accessing or using our veterinary transcription platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Noctune platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Noctune provides AI-powered veterinary voice transcription and clinical note generation tools designed for licensed veterinary professionals and their authorized staff.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed veterinary professional or authorized staff member of a veterinary practice to use this Service.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with the operation of the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

6. Clinical Data

  • Noctune processes veterinary clinical data (animal health records) to generate transcriptions and SOAP notes.
  • You retain ownership of all clinical data you submit to the Service.
  • We process clinical data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

  • Transcriptions and SOAP notes generated by Noctune are AI-assisted outputs.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated clinical content before use in patient records.
  • Noctune does not provide veterinary medical advice.

8. Service Access

  • The features available to your account are determined by the service agreement under which your account was provisioned.

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOCTUNE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
