Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.

Noctune does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of.

We disclose personal information only to service providers who help us operate our veterinary transcription platform, under data processing agreements that restrict their use of the information to providing services to us.
